Terms of Cancellation

The registration cancellation and refund policy for the 2011 ACS Summer Institute is as follows:

  1. The ACS must be notified in writing of any cancellation requests.
  2. Summer Institute registration fee will be refunded in full for cancellations received on or before May 31, 2011 with an administrative charge of EUR 35 deductible.
  3. A 50% refund of the Summer Institute registration fee will be given for cancellations received on or before June 30, 2011 with an administrative charge of EUR 35 deductible.
  4. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 30, 2011.
  5. For administrative reasons, refunds will only be made after the Summer Institute. Please include your full bank account details and the address of the bank in your request.


MEMBERSHIP TYPE *

The biannual membership fee for the Association for Cultural Studies depends on your yearly gross income:

No membership fee (Summer Institute registration only)
10 EUR for gross income under 10 000 EUR (approx. USD 15 000) per year
25 EUR for gross income under 20 000 EUR (approx. USD 30 000) per year
50 EUR for gross income over 20 000 EUR (approx. USD 30 000) per year
