For your convenience, we have secured lodging options for different budgets: youth hostel, student dorms, budget hotels and standard hotels. Please note that the availability of the rooms and beds is limited both in amount as well as in time.

All reservations should be made with a clear mentioning of the booking code "ACS Summer Institute". Reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.

We strongly advice participants to secure accommodation as early as possible.

Hint: The day after the summer institute, the "Gentse Feesten" starts. The Gentse Feesten is one of the biggest cultural and popular city festivals in Europe, which attracts about 2 million visitors each year.
